ALEXANDRA MIHAELA MINGIUC, the founding partner and the first associate coordinator of the Company, possesses several certificates in accounting-financial field, business management, marketing, as well as a degree in law, being experienced in commercial law, civil law, labour law, administrative and tax law and financial law, with a long activity in insolvency field, voluntary liquidation, claims recovery and foreclosures. After having graduated the Faculty of Law, she became successively a member of the National Association of the Romanian Bars – the Bucharest Bar and the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners in Romania.

Her professional activity initially started in the legal field, where she has conducted a rich activity in the insolvency field, claims recovery and foreclosures, and thereafter completed naturally with the activity in the insolvency field and voluntary liquidation, as an insolvency practitioner.

Professionalism, tenacity and reliability are a few of the coordinates from which she does not deviate when performing her duties as an insolvency practitioner, being permanently aware of the importance of the team work, having an extensive experience in this regard as a coordinator. She speaks English and German fluently.

ADRIAN LEPADATU, the founding partner and the second associate coordinator of the Company, a Bachelor of Law, experienced in civil and commercial law, having accumulated an activity of 12 years in insolvency, claims collection and foreclosures. After having graduated the Faculty of Law, he became successively a member of the Union of the Romanian Associations of Legal Advisers, the National Association of the Romanian Bars and the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners in Romania.

In his professional journey he came across the insolvency filed in 2000, when he became Head of Bankruptcy Service within a large banking institution; in such capacity he coordinated the investigation of hundreds of bankruptcy cases. Later on, after having taken the examination and having registered as a full practitioner in the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners in Romania (2005), he operated judicial liquidations in collaboration or as a full practitioner, here is worth mentioning his participation in the bankruptcy proceedings of the International Bank of Religions and “Albina” Commercial Bank.

Reliability, professionalism and perseverance are a few of the coordinates from which he does not deviate when performing his duties as a practitioner. Being aware of the necessity for further improvement of his managerial skills, he maintains close cooperation with creditors and bankruptcy judges; he always seeks viable solutions, especially in this time of crisis, when it is difficult to find a satisfactory way for all, involved without lowering the high standards of the professional requirements.
